According to a new poll conducted by PRD nationwide, over 61% of Australian home owners are keen to reinvest in the property market. Home owners are feeling wealthier since seeing the growth in property prices all across the country over the past several months. While the property market was in a bit of slump last year, it has returned with a vengeance in 2010.

Statistics collated by the ABS suggest that the total spend on home loans compared to the previous year, has increased by 10.1 per cent from $19.2 billion.
