Account login facilities are available for your convenience. You are able to access you loan account details and transfer funds 24 hours 7 days a week.

First Time Access

Before you can access your loan account for the first time, you will need to set us a personalised access code.
Call 131 455 - Select option [2], which will connect you to a Customer Service consultant who will guide you through establishing your own 6-digit access code. Once you have established you access code, you will be returned to the main menu.

Then just following the voice prompts to carry out the transactions you require.

The access code you select, together with your client number (CIF), is used to access your Account through Internet  and Telephone .

Telephone Access

You will require a touch-tone phone (with buttons, not a dial) to use this service.

Once you have registered and selected your own access code, all you need to do each time is:

• Call us on 131455
• Press [1] to be connected to the Telephone Account Service
• Enter your 6 digit Client Number (CIF) followed by the hash [#] key
• Enter your 6 digit personal access code followed by the hash [#] key
• Then just follow the voice prompts to carry out the transactions you require.
• Should you forget your access code you will need to call 131 455 and select option [2] to enable you to reset your access code.

Additional Information
If you make an error at any stage, simply press the star [*] button to return to the main menu.

You are allowed 3 attempts to enter your access number. If still unsuccessful please call 131 455; 8:00am-6:00pm (EST), Monday to Friday, and select [2] for assistance.

You may wish to skip the voice prompts by pressing the key in advance for the service you require.
When entering amounts, use all figures, ignoring the decimal point, then press the hash [#] key. Eg. for $123.73 you would press the 1,2,3,7 and 3 keys followed by the hash [#] key. To confirm your transaction, it will be read back to you. You will then be asked if you want to proceed, cancel, or return to the main menu. If you proceed with the transaction, you will be given a receipt number, which you should record for future reference.
